Exchanges/Returns Within 30 days of receipt, GWT Designer Merchandise can be exchanged only with the accompanying original invoice or packing slip, a completed RAF Form with RAF#. An item must not have been used and must be in original condition, and returned in the original packaging. There are no exchanges or returns on earrings (due to hygienic reasons). There are no returns on custom-made pieces.  Custom-made pieces are the items that are made to custom fit a client. Special ring sizing and custom-made designs cannot be returned for refunds.




A VIP customer cannot have their own website. They cannot make retail profits. You have to be a Retailer or higher




To return product you will need to REQUEST A RAF #. This is a Return Authorization Number.

Yes, according to GWT Policies and Procedures all returns must be returned in their original GWT packaging.

NO. The GC is to be given to a VIP customer only once when they attend or watch a Tour. They may use it whenever they like through their VIP account.
